Rhino River Lodge Accommodation
Rhino River Lodge 2 x Family Loft Chalets (Log Cabins) under thatch. Each cabin may accommodate 4 people, the well-appointed air conditioned chalets offer comfortable respite from the heat of the day.

Rhino river Lodge also has 4 en-suite double/twin rooms. Each room has a tea station along with a well stocked bar fridge, drinks for own account. These luxurious rooms each have a private veranda leading out onto the spacious grounds The Cottage is a free-standing unit, with 2 bedrooms, each en suite, with an upstairs 2 bed loft room with a downstairs bathroom. This has a deck with its own private plunge pool, with an outlook towards the river. The Cottage is in easy walking distance from the main Lodge facilities, lounge, dining room and bar. The Homestead is also open to the Public and in its own private space overlooking the river and close to all ameneties. This luxurious facility has two bedrooms, each en suite to a full bathroom. There is a spacious lounge leading onto a deck with its own plunge pool.

Rhino River Lodge Facilities
The Lodge itself is situated on the banks of the Umsunduze River. The comfortable lounge, dining and bar area has a deck looking out to the Fever tree and Sycamore Fig Tree Riparian forest. The boma area adjacent to the lodge is a popular gathering place in the evening, where guests are able to sit and join their friends and fellow guests, whilst sampling from a selection of South African wines. The Lodge’s well-equipped facilities are ideal for small conferences and workshops, or just for a bush experience with outstanding wildlife sightings.

Activities
Rhino River Lodge traverses on the 23,000 ha Manyoni Private Game Reserve and offers guided game drives in open Safari vehicles. Early mornings and again late afternoon into the evening. There is radio communication between the Ranges from the other Lodges within the Manyoni Private Game Reserve, this results in guests  being advised of possible high profile sightings. Rhino River Lodge rangers will then access the locality and interest and this thus affords guests an increased chance of seeing the more elusive and or high profile animals.
